TO VISIT DOMINION.

EX-LORD MAYOR OF LONDON. (Per ,Pi ■ess Association) WELLINGTON, April 6. A distinguished visitor to New Zealand this month will be Sir Vansittart Bowater, Bart., M.P., of London. For several years Sir Vansittart has sat in the House of Commons as a London representative of Conservative interests. He was Lord Mayor of London in the year 1913-14. Sir Vansittart. is making an Empire tour for health reasons. His present intentions are to arrive at Auckland by the Wanganella from Sydney on April 25. His stay in the Dominion will he about a week’s duration. Advice of Sir Vansittart’s visit has been received by Air G. M. Bothamley, secretary of the New Zealand branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association, from Sir Harold d’Egville, secretary of the branch in the United Kingdom.
