NOTORIOUS WAR SPY. EXPULSION FROM BELGIUM. BRUSSELS, October 19. Trebitsch Lincoln, formerly a member of the British House of Commons and aftenvards a notorious German agent in the war, is to he expelled from Belgium. He Avill not be permitted to go to France, and consequently Avill return to Cologne. The passport issued by the Shanghai Municipal Council describes Lincoln as Avithout nationality, and bears Ins Chinese name of Chao Kung.
