KING’S PRIZE WINNER. (United Press Association—Copyright.) TORONTO, Oct. 27. Sergeant-Major William Hawkins, one of Canada’s: greatest rifle shots, and winner of the King’s Prize at Bisley in 1913, died on Thursday while playing golf. .
