CANDAIAN WHEAT.

FURTHER FALL IN THE PRICE QUESTION OF STATE SUPPORT (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.10 a.m.) OTTAWA, October 26. A further fall in the price of wheat to-day will doubtless bring the question of Government support of the market into the Dominion House of Commons. Many rumours have been prevalent that the Dominion supported the market at times in the past, but the Government has never announced whether it was supporting the market.

The announcement that no bonus would be given to wheat-growers this year has no connection with the support or otherwise of the grain exchange. Last year the Government gave farmers in the Prairie Provinces a bonus of five cents a bushel.

(Received This Dav, 10.5 a.m.) • 'WINNIPEG, October 28. A new low level in the price of wheat for the season was reached today, the losses being from one and three-eighths to one and seven-eighths.
