A SUICIDE AT SYDNEY. i DEATH AFTER RESCUE FROM SEA (United Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Francis Thomson, aged 51, leaped from the harbour bridge and was killed. His body fell alongside a Customs launch, and the water splashed the officials. The crew of the launch saw the body hurtling through the air. The man was still alive when dragged aboard, but died later. He leaves a wife and eight children.
