ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES
EFFECT ON BRITISH TRADE.
LONDON, .January 13. Trade returns disclose striking evidence of the success of the anti-dump-ing duties and the likely result of the Anti-Dumping Order of the present week. The evidence is based on an examination of recent imports’ of textiles, clothing, silk, stockings, linoleum and perfumery, all showing the heavi- * cst declines, which will he reflected in increased home production when the abnormal stocks which accumulated, in November are absorbed.
