McGilligan (Irish Free State Minister for External Affairs) has been in London for some time, privately conferring with Downing Street on a number of questions upon which at the Imperial Conference an impasse was reached between the Irish Free State and other Dominions. It is believed that all questions have been cleared, up, including the Privy Council issue.
