DRIVERS OF PETROL WAGGONS. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, This Day. According to a decision: to-day, the Arbitration Court holds that the time occupied by a. driver of a. petrol lorry in having a meal is part of his working time. There is no custom, the Court jjagfc to support the application of the rule governing horse drivers to drivers.of petrol waggons, and further the regulations under the Dangerous Goods Act place specific duties and responsibilities on drivers of petrol waggons during the hours of duty.
