TINWALD STOCK MARKET. PRICES AT TO-DAY'S SALE. NO CHANGE IN PRICES. A remarkably short yarding marked the Tinwald stock sale to-day. The quality of the pens was poor for the most part, and prices were an a level with those realised at the last Tinwald sale. Top price for fat ewes went to Mr J. Flannery, of Tinwald, for a pen of eight, which brought 6s 9d. The fat wether market was topped by Mr R. D. Robinson, of Tinwald, for 12, which brought 12s. Id. Another client also realised 12s Id for a: similar number. Mr G. McTague, of Coldstream, secured top price for lambs with a pen of six prime quality sheep, which brought 14s lOd. LONDON WOOL SALES. (Received This Day, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON. March 16. At the wool sales, 10,595 bales were offered, including 4918 from New Zealand, approximately 95 per cent, being sold. The offerings of greasy merino were principally super-style. There was an excellent selection of all erossbreds, and strong competition at late rates was maintained. New Zealand disposals included the greasv erossbreds Campbell Gleddhu lid to HUd, Waituku 9HI to BJd, Hakaroa 9Jd to Sid. Bradford is marking time. Quotations are very firm.
