FRANCO-ITALIAN AGREEMENT. PROPOSAL FOR A COMMITTEE. (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 1 p.m.) WASHINGTON, March 13. Britain has proposed that a committer representing the live Power signatories to the London Navy Treaty be formed-to draft the French and Italian agreement in its final form, aud has invited the United States to participate. The Secretary of State (Mr H. L. Stimson) has the invitation under consideration.
