BRITAIN ON THE COMMITTEE. (United Press Association —Copyright). (Received This Dav, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 12* Mr Arthur Henderson (Secretary for Foreign Affairs) will represent Britain on the committee to discuss tlie question of a European Union, which is to meet at Paris on March 24. The committee will draw up a definite programme for th?: development of M. Briand’s scheme. It ivill also discuss the agenda paper for the main meetings of the League of Nations Council, and consult about the arrangement for the Disarmaments Conference.
