THE WEATHER.
ANOTHER WARM DAY. After a cool and overcast night and a chilly early morning, Ashburton experienced another warm, and pleasant day to-day. The barometric pressure at 9.30 a.m. was 30.18 inches, compared with 30.9 inches yesterday. Extremes of temperature yesterday were 07 degrees and 43 degrees. TO-DAY’S FORECAST. The following official weather forecast was issued to-day:— Indentions are for variable and moderate winds, northerly moderate to strong prevailing. There is a. prospect of fair weather with warm temperatures. The barometer shows little movement, and has a falling tendency.
