Tli opening ‘day of the Dannevirke Racing Club’s autumn meeting in aid of the earthquake relief fund was held in dull weather. A light drizzle fell toward. the close. There was a good attendance. The track was good. Ah innovation was the ten-shilling tote, which handled £5535 10s, compared with £14,981 on the corresponding day day last year, a decrease of £9945 10s. Results: —* .
