Three thousand blind Londoners, including ex-servicemen, will a special recital at the Wellington (New Zealand) carillon at Hyde Park on Saturday. , Those present will include the band Victoria Cross winner, Sir Beaehcroft Towser, and the blind ex-M -P ■, Captain lan Fraser. A company of blind Girl Guides will provide a guard ot honour for the Mayor.
