(Received This Day, 9-30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day Shipowners view with concern the Federal Government’s intervention on behalf of the Waterside Markers Federation, whereby it is intended to specifv bv regulation, common picking up places for vessels at the ports of Melbourne and Adelaide. The ship--owners point out that volunteer workers object to having to come into close contact with the former strikers under conditions which expose them to undue risks, and while the owners are prepared to obey the law they are determined to fulfil their promise to volunteers, giving them preference m employment. -
