SECRET PRESSES.
DISCOVERY 3Y BERLIN POLICE. (United Press Association—Copyright.) BERLIN, April. 10. The police have discovered the secret printing presses from which pamphlets originated inciting the police and soldiers to insubordination. Ten arrests were made, which, it was stated, included three employed by the Russian trade delegation.
