EXPENDITURE IN GROUP 15. (Per Press Association.) TIAIARIT, This Day. A statement was presented at a meeting of .No. 15 District Highways Council, winVh, was held in Timaru yesterday, showing that the amount expended in,, the group for the year ended Alarch 31 for maintenance and construction was £99,287 8s 4d, compared with £43,000 last year.
