WOOL TRADE DISPUTE.
APPEAL BY CHURCHES REJECTED (United Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON. April 5. Employers' in the Bradford district have firmly rejected the appeal by the Bishop of Bradford and other church leaders for the reopening of negotiations with the employees in order to avoid a stoppage in the wool industry.
A full meeting of the National Association of Textile Workers has been convened to consider the proposals formulated in the hope of reaching a settlement.
