DEATH OF NEPALESE SUBJECT.

(Received This Dav, 10.25 a.m.) DELHI, March 21. Strained relations whjoli have existed between Tibet and Nepal for some time over the arrest and subsequent death of a Nepalese subject in a Tibetian gaol, ended by the Dalai Lama apologising to the Maharajah, the Government of India having acted as intermediary. It was thought at one time that the incident would load to a rupture of diplomatic relations between the two lijll kingdoms.
