SOURABAYA, March 21. Flying-Officers (Piper and Kay (the New* Zealanders who are engaged on a flight from England to Sydney) have arrived, and will leave for Timor at 7.30 in the morning. INDIAN WINS £SOO. , FLIGHT TO ENGLAND. LONDON, March 21. The first Indian, to fly to England from India, named Chawli, landed near Thetford, Norfolk. He said he left India on March 3, and was detained at many places by fog, rain and wind, and had three forced landings. His living time was 70 hours. ‘it is recalled that Aga Khan offered a prize of £SOO to the first Indian to rty between England and India.
