INDIAN ARRESTED
THE MAYOR OF CALCUTTA. ALLEGED SEDITION SPEECH. WARRANT ISSUED AT RANGOON. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) DELHI, March 13. Mr B. Gupta (Mayor of Calcutta), and leader of the Congress Party in Bengal) was arrested on a warrant issued by the District Magistrate at Rangoon on a charge of sedition as a sequel to a speech life made at Rangoon lecently. He will be removed to Rangoon to-morrow.
