THEFT BY BANK CLERK
COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, March 7. At a sitting of the Magistrate's Court at Alexandra yesterday, J. A. Simes, clerk in the Bank of New Zealand at Alexandra, nleaded guilty to the theft of £IOO on November 3, i»29, and £o2o on February 22 and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
