TURKISH WARSHIPS
ITALY SECURES CONTRACT. BRITISH TIME TOO LONG. CONSTANTINOPLE, May 26. Owing to the time of delivery quoted in the British tender being considered too long, Italian shipyards have obtained a contract to build two destroyers, two submarines and several scouts at a cost of £1,500,000.
