AUCKLAND LABOUR OBJECTION. REMOVAL OF JUDGE DESIRED. AUCKLAND, This (Day. A conference of executives of the Auckland Trades Unions carried a resolution drawing the attention <Sf the Government to recent Arbitration Court decisions, the opinion of the meeting beinjj thaT they were not in accord with the evidence tendered. It was suggested that the Government inquire into the decisions of the Court, and if in agreement with the opinion of the meeting it should remove Mr Justice Frazer from the presidency of the Court. A committee was appointed to communicate the resolution to the Government and Labour organisations.
