The Communist conference in Sydney endorsed a proposal that Communist candidates should oppose Labour candidates at the forthcoming election in Queensland. An attempt will probably be made to form a Left Wing of the Labour Party, composed, of dissatisfied elements in the present Labour Party.—Australian Press Association.
