THE WEATHER.
LIGHT RAIN FALLS AGAIN. Large rain-clouds covered the sky early this morning. Light rain commenced shortly after nine o'clock and fell at intervals throughout the mornino" clearing toward one o'clock. Conditions remained threatening throughout the remainder of the day. There was no wind and the atmosphere was warm. , , , The reading of the barometer at nine o'clock this morning was 29.91 inches, a slight decrease on the reading yesterday. . . The maximum and minimum temperatures yesterday vrere 62 and oZ degrees as against 59 and 47 on Wednesday. TO-DAY'S FORECAST. The following official forecast was issued to-day:— Indications are for northerly windfe, freshening. Expect dull weather, with mist and fog in parts. Ram probable. Indications for electrical disturbances. Warm temperatures. Barometer falling slowly.
