COMPLAINTS OF DELAY. A CHRISTCHURCH OPINION. (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Strong complaints have been made here regarding delaw in transporting stock. A man who has had considerable experience in the matter expressed the opinion that as the railways practically has a monopoly of stock transportation it was neglecting this side of the business. With ordinary goods and passenger services the railways had to face competition from motor lorries and buses, and therefore, in his opinion, it was concentrating on these services.
