THE WEATHER.
PLEASANT. WEEK-END. ! Bright sunshine and a cool breeze, which tempered the heat, served to make conditions pleasant yesterday. Another mild frost was experienced here last night, one degree being recorded this morning. During the mornin the sky became overcast and an easterly breeze sprang up, making | the atmosphere chilly. A few drops of ! rain fell during the afternoon, i The barometer reading at 9 o’clock I this morning was 29.59 inches, which was the same as that recorded yesterday morning, compared with 29.50 inches on Saturday. The maximum and minimum temperatures registered yesterday were 70 and 56 degrees, as against 60 and 51 degrees on Saturday and 67 and 41 on Friday. OFFICIAL FORECAST.
