CLAIMANT TO FORTUNE
TWO HOUSES SEIZED. WILLIAM ALLERY’S ACTION. LONDON, March 26. Mr William Allcry, aged l 63, who claims .to be entitled to the Benedict John Angell estates in South London, worth £60,000,000, lias taken the law' into his own hands and has seized two houses at Brixton. He threatens to seize others, and has instructed the tenants to pay rent to him instead of to the Ecclesiastical Commissioners. He declares he has found a marriage certificate definitely establishing his claim to the estate. A syndicate was formed early in the month to press Allery’s claims.
