RUST-PROOF PROCESS RIGHTS.

At Detroit, Judge Tuttle, of the Federal Supreme Court, ordered the Ford Company to pay the Parker RustTroof Company 367,000 dollars, and 10 years’ interest at 5 per cent., in; reply to the Parker Company’s demand on the Ford organisation to pay 1,000,0110 dollars for an alleged infringement of the rights of a process for treating iron and steel to prevent rust.
