MENTAL HOSPITAL TRAGEDY. PATIENT STRANGLES ANOTHER. /' CPer Press Association— Copyright V SIDNEY, January 17. A ghastly crime was committed at the Rydalmere Mental Hospital in the early hours of this morning, when an inmate, Cecil Crouch, was strangle* with a cord while in bed. Later in the day a blind inmate of the institution, Horace Suckling, was found suffermg from severe cuts on tho arms, and confessed that he 'had strangled Crouch and then'tried to commit suicide by cutting his arms on the window pane, which he broke for that purpose.
