GREAT DAMAGE IN BRITAIN. 100 LIVES LOST IN THE EAST. (Per Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, Dec. 30. Serious floods have occurred throughout Europe. A hundred have been drowned in Transylvania. Special trains are succouring the refugees. Thousands of horses and cattle have been drowned. Boats are plying for hire in 'Cologne streets.
