Advice has been received of the death in London of Mr Andrew Fairbairn,, a well-known Chrietchurch merchant, states a Press Association message. Messrs H. D. Acland (Christchurch), J. D. Hall (Hororata), and R. M. Morten (Tai Tapu) have been declared elected as delegates to represent the North and Mid-Canterbury district on the Electoral Committee, which will meet in Wellington next month to consider the third annual report and accounts of the New Zealand Meat Producers' Board, and to elect three producers' representatives on the I board.
