SMOTHERED IN MUD
TWO AVIATORS KILLED. SEQUEL TO A COLLISION. SEAPLANE CLASHES IN ESTUARY. (Per Press Copyright.) (Received This Bay, 8.55 a.nr.) LONDON, May 3. A seaplane and an aeroplane collided over the mouth of the River Eden. The aeroplane landed safely, but the seaplane was buried in the mud, in which the pilot and observer were smothered.
