A floating university, which will combine a year's college study with a trip around the world, will leave here in September with 450 •*youths selected from all parts of the country. This announcement is made by the New York University. Mr James E. Lough, of the university's extra-mural division, will be in The itinerary includes Hawaii, the Orient, Lidia, North Africa, and Europe.
