THE WEATHER.
STRONG NORTH-WEST WIND. Conditions have been rendered unpleasant to-day by a strong north-west wind causing the dust to rise. Ine atmosphere is warm and sultry. A downward tendency is noticeable in tne barometer, which measured 29.68 inches at 9 a.m. The earlier part of the day was free from wind. The temperatures yesterday ranged! from 44 to il oegrecs. * THE MONTHLY~SUMMARY.
