Mr Isaac Sargent’s Property.—Mr E. W. Hanmer, per Mr J. R. Bland, has sold 450 Acres of Mr I. Sargent':, farms, Ashburton Forks, to Mr John Shearer, Wheatstone. The price realised was £l7 10s an acre. Rifle Shooting.—The return match between the Ashburton Rifles and the Guards will be fired off at the range on Friday morning.
