ALL BLACKS RETURNING

LANDED AT RAROTONGA.

TAHITI FORCED TO PUT TO SEA

(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Cook Islands Department received wireless advice that: the Tahiti, with

the All Blacks on hoard, arrived at Rarotonga, but bad weather compelled her to put to sea. If the weather had not improved at night the vessel will come on to Wellington without lifting

the fruit cargo. This is the second time in three months that northerly weather has interfered with the load-

ing of fruit at Rarotonga. The Islands are also informed that, owing to bad weather or labour troubles in New Zealand, no, cargo has been landed there* in the past three months. Later.

The latest information regarding the delay to the Tahiti on account of the storm at Rarotonga is that the vessel is expected to leave for Wellington this morning. A party of some 40 passengers, including the All Blacks, were ashore vesterday when the vessel put to sen*.

It was hoped to pick them up this morning. There is little chance of the Tahiti I'eaehtng Wellington before Tuesday morning.
