The Cessnoek meeting exceeded 3000 men. There were only 30 dissentients. At West Maitlands an adverse vote vrm tamed by 138 to 127.
OLYMPIC TEAM.
MELBOURNE, This Day. The Commonwealth has promised to donate £3OOO toward the expenses of the Australian Olympic team if the Olympic Federation raises the remaining £IO,OOO necessary, or pro rata if £IO,OOO is not raised.
