(Received This Day, 12.25 p.m.) BERLIN, July 22. , It is announced that the Government Grain Bureau has concluded an. agreement with the commercial representatives of the Soviet Government whereby Russia will supply Germany with 20 million poods of grain deliverable before November 30. Russia to utilise part of the proceeds of the sale in purchasing German industrial products.
