VESSEL SINKS IN H MINUTES. (Per Press Asaociation, Copyright.) (Received October 31, 9.40 a.m.) BRUSSELS, October 30. A steamer trading ' between London ' and Antwerp was -approaching the Scheldt yesterday, when the cargo shifted, and the vessel capsized and Bank m 90 seconds. Thirty passengers were imprisoned m the cabins. Seven survivors are reported to have been recovered. .......
