The directors reported that during the year the business of the Colonial Bank had heen acquired and its branches taken over and established at various centres. The insects are then boiled m the liquid for 20 minutes, then thoroughly rinsed m warm water and placed m an oven to become crisp. When cold the heads are removed, and they are ready to be eaten.
