AUCKLAND, July' 7. . At tho inquest concerning the death; of Cecil Kortescue, who died as the' result of injuries received through falling from a tramear, the coroner said' these accidents showed the ■ necessity for strictly enforcing the regulations prohibiting'people from standing on the platforms. This was the third inquest he had held recently of a similar nature. It would be well if conductors insisted strictly on the regulations in order to prevent uccidents;' A -verdict of death by a fall from a tramear was returned.
