ALLAHABAD, July 4. The Afghan peace delegates have arrived at Jalalabad, and negotiations will be opened at Rawal Pindi shortly. .. Trouble is still experienced with host* tile tribes, who make occasional raids on 'Peshawar and on our lines of communication. The warm reception now provided for raiders has proved salutary.
