(Received April 16, 8 p.m.) LONDON, April 12. In the Tennis Covered Courts Championship, third round, jsingtas, Capt. Wa-shburn (America), tTeat^SOoust by 2-6, 7-5, 1-6. 0-3, 6-0. ! Gerald Patterson (Australia) beat Fisher (New Zealand) by 7-3, 6-2, 6-3. In the Doubles, the greatest surprise was in Fisher and Major Arthur Lowe beating Patterson and A. V. Thomas. The latter won two sets, and despite holding a commanding position in the third set, "uhe match wont two sets all. A terrific fight ensued when the visitors led by 5-2 in the next set. in which they subsequently finished up 10-8. '
