SOLDIER'S STRANGE DEATH.

WELLINGTON, December 12

A strange accident led to the death of a soldier named Arthur Thomas Hunter at the Tauherenikau Hotel, where he was staying. Hunter was found with his head through the woodwork of a. fire escape and his feet a few inches off tho ground. Death was due to dislocation of the neck.
