A writer in the " Daily Mail" declares that Germany is building numerous diving cruisers from 6000 to 8000 tons, and armed with 8-inch guns. They-will have a world-wide range, and be able to submerge. quickly. It was probably two of them that sunk tho North Sea convoy. They wiD greatly add to the submarine peril, which is entering its third and mohi, dangerous phase.
