OAMARU TROTTING CLUB
' OAMARU, Oct. 22. The Oamaru Trotting Club's meeting was held to-day. The weather was warm in the morning, but after the iifth race a heavy shower of rain fell. There was a fair attendance, though the ■ absence of special trains had a material effect on the size of the crowd. The totalisator investments were £12,598, compared with £14,120 last year. The following are the concluding details of the racing: —

Weston Handicap.—Admiral Hal 1, Pax 2,'Trix Pointer 3. Won by six lengths; a length between second and third. Time, 3min lsec. N
Rfcdcastle Handicap.—-Norah. Crena. 1, Ramitiairi 2, Delta 3. Won by two lengths; 40 yards between second and tliird. Time, 3min ,42sec.
