PETROGRAD, Oct. 21. The documents relating to the KornUoff affair have been published. They include a meniorailduin issued by General Alexieff when he was resigning the post of Chief of Staff. He states that it is the common conviction tfeat General Korniloff did not lift ,a hand against the State. All he desired was to create a strong,, capable Government.
