Centre iii aid of the "Our Day" appeaj. The feature of the evening ..was the sale of "surprise" packets, 1700 .packets being disposed of. There were '" many guessing competitions, arid all the 'winners handed back their prizes for nuction, which proved very ' beneficial to the appeal, during the evening songs were rendered by . Messrs • Til ley, Henderson, , and H. L. West. Music for the danco was supplied by Messrs G. Lilley i; -A. lleid, Mrs: West, and Mrs Moylan.
